The Butterflies Pre-school and Priory Kids club believe parents and carers are entitled to expect courtesy and prompt careful attention to their needs and wishes. We like to work in partnership with parents and the community generally and would welcome suggestions on how to improve the group at anytime. Many concerns can be quickly resolved by an informal approach to the appropriate member of staff. If this does not solve the problem, the following should be used.

How to make a complaint

Most complaints should be resolved informally or at this initial stage.

If the complaint is not resolved by this stage and no resolution looks likely then complaints should be forwarded to:-
